Check-In is 3 pm. Should you require an early Check-In, please contact us directly. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
For early morning arrivals, we recommend booking the night before to have access to your room immediately. Let us know and we will have your breakfast available. Otherwise, we will hold your bags as you explore the city while we prepare your room.
Check -Out is 11 am. Late Check-Out is not available. Should you need access to the hotel after 3 pm, we suggest you book another night.
A valid form of identification must be shown at the time of Check-In for all registered guests.
Credit and debit cards.
- We accept Visa and MasterCard.
Our Reception Desk is open 24Hrs.
Our parking spot is available by reservation.
Additional parking is available at “Casanare”, a 24/7 secure parking lot in our same block.

POLICIES

To ensure a safe and friendly atmosphere, we have the following policies.

We are a 100% smoke (of any kind) and vape free hotel.
- We charge a $100.00 fee to anyone who smokes in their room or if there is an overwhelming smell of smoke in their room on departure.
- Smoking is ONLY allowed at the table in the front yard.
- Smoking is NOT allowed on the front porch.
Non- registered guests are allowed.
- Guests of Guests that plan to stay after 10 pm must be registered and pay the additional person fee.
Guests that have checked out cannot congregate in the hotel after 3 pm.
- For late flights, we recommend you book another night if you need access to our facilities after 3 pm.
- If you do not book another night, we will hold your luggage securely while you explore the city.
  - Ask about local attractions that are great for late afternoon departures.
Only one guest at a time in the shared bathrooms.
Past guests cannot use our facilities without a current reservation.

8 or mare days prior to your Reservation- No Cancellation Fee
7 or less days prior to your Reservation- 100% of your Booking
If you made your reservation within the 7 day cancellation period, We allow 24 Hours from the time of your reservation to cancel with no penalty.
- 25 hours will be subject to the 7 days or less cancellation policy.
NO SHOWS occur when you have a confirmed reservation, do not reach out to us to cancel your reservation within the policy parameters, and do not arrive for your reservation.
- NO SHOWS are subject to 100% fee.
We will consider verifiable extenuating circumstances for cancellation.
No cancellations will be approved 2 or less days before the reservation date.
Flight Cancellations or Change of Plans are NOT reasons for cancellation with no penalty.
In the event you cancel or are a NO SHOW and incur a charge, we will provide you a receipt for the charges for you to file with your travel insurance.
